To qualify for a return or refund:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, parts, and accessories included.
- Personalized, customized, or hygiene-sensitive pet products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
- Clear return requests must be sent to our support team before shipping the item back.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Wait for our return confirmation and instructions.

4. Shipping Responsibilities
- Returns due to product defects, wrong items, or shipping errors by Kspetshop: we cover the return shipping cost.
- Returns due to change of mind, wrong selection, or personal preference: the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability). The exchange process follows the same 30-day return eligibility and shipping rules as refunds.
